There is also a great tutorial for a sewing machine cover using a jelly roll (precut 2 1/2" strips) on the Moda Bake Shop site which is http://www.modabakeshop.com/  You know, I moved my sewing machine downstairs (out of my sewing room) last summer because it was TOO hot in my sewing room! I actually used it more when it was down there too! I guess out of sight, out of mind. Love your blog!
