Number One
A few weeks ago our My Monday Spotlight spotlighted Cluck.Cluck.Sew.
She inspired me to start quilting, so I started on my very first quilting journey.
This is what I have so far:
(I love the monkey. My little girl does too and wants her blanket like yesterday. She snuggles a monkey just like that one when she sleeps.)
It's a mix of newly purchased fabric along with some vintage from my grandma's stash.
(Thanks mom for stealing it for me!)
I still need 16 different pieces of fabric.
Her room is purple, white & green with palm trees & monkeys.
Where do I get more? Ideas? Suggestions?
Number Two
My son's kindergarten teacher asked me to be over their end of the year class party.
After some help from Katie over at Katie's Nesting Spot, I've decided to go with the theme of:
Kinder Garden
All Grown Up
Now I need to plan it all out. I have a few ideas, but need lots more.
Do you have any ideas? I'd love to hear them.
